SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or busy periods such as Christmas and Easter.


Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your parcel's journey through the carrier's website.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're unable to take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, get in touch with us at hello@inkzylabs.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.


Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, Inkzy is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed or held in transit. This includes parcels marked as delivered but not received, or delays caused by the carrier.

If you're experiencing a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is available at checkout.


Why Did My Order Arrive in Separate Packages?

Occasionally, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability and the most efficient dispatch route. This means some items may arrive a day or two before others, this is completely normal.

If your order arrives in separate shipments, the remaining items are on their way. We appreciate your patience as everything makes its way to you.

Please note that if an item does not arrive, Inkzy is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed in transit. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@inkzylabs.com.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll do our best to assist, however Inkzy is not liable for damage caused during transit.


Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

At Inkzy, we're committed to a transparent and straightforward shopping experience. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to hear from you first.

If your order is delayed or you have a concern, please contact us at hello@inkzylabs.com before reaching out to your bank. Opening a chargeback freezes your case entirely, during that time, we're unable to process a refund or take any action on your behalf. The process can also take weeks or months to resolve through the bank and payment provider.

In most cases, we can resolve issues quickly and directly. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
