RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns — Store Credit Only

We want you and your little artist to love every Inkzy purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

All approved returns will be issued as an Inkzy Gift Card, valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Your gift card will be emailed to you once the return is received and approved.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Inkzy is not responsible for items lost in transit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, simply return your original purchase and use your store credit gift card to place a new order at your convenience.


Late Returns & Final Sale Items

Returns received after 30 days of delivery, or returns of final sale items, will be subject to a $9.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit gift card value.


Refunds — Faulty Items Only

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.

To request a refund for a faulty item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the fault/damage
  • Include your order number

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Inkzy.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been coloured or washed
  • Gift cards
